Learning 2.0
Been a while since I've posted here...
A little confused by the Learning 2.0 thing here, but here goes. Probably the step that is most difficult for me is #2, especially when I'm learning independently. I need deadlines and schedules to be really productive, and when I don't have them, I tend to drag (So this program should be good for me). Step 7 is also hard. I'm not too great at teaching others. I tend to over-simplify and patronize (this may be an occupational hazard of being a children's librarian -- my brother says that I sound like I'm talking to little kids when I try to explain things)
On the other hand, I'm good at playing :), and am usually pretty good at setting goals (most of them don't involve timelines). I know what it is I want to achieve, I just tend to be rather lackadaizical (sp?) about achieving them.

And so it begins......
Well, this is the first posting. Yea! Pretty much everyone else I know has a blog, so I finally decided to join on the cultural bandwagon and create my own. Now, it all depends on whether or not I have enough time to keep it up :). This entry's going to be pretty short. Next time I'll write about something much more substantial. Until then, enjoy this brief little post, and feel free to add a little something of your own.
